Aurora Tancock, CFP, FLMI
Aurora Tancock, CFP, FLMI, is the 2024 Nominee to the MDRT Executive Committee and will assume the position of Secretary on September 1, 2024. Tancock is a 23-year MDRT member with 13 Court of the Table and four Top of the Table qualifications. She is also a Diamond Knight of the MDRT Foundation, a member of its Inner Circle Society and is currently serving on its Board of Trustees.
Tancock is President of Aurora Tancock Financial Services Inc. in St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada. With more than 30 years of experience in financial services, Tancock strives to help her clients understand and overcome complexity as they plan for their financial future.
Tancock’s extensive MDRT involvement began with volunteering for Program General Arrangements (PGA) at the 2003 MDRT Annual Meeting, the start of years of dedicated service to PGA, including serving as its Divisional Vice President for the 2015 MDRT Annual Meeting. Over the years, she has served on an array of committees in various roles, including Global Council Member for the Finance Division in 2020 and Chair of the Focus Session Committee for the 2023 MDRT Global Conference.
In addition to her MDRT leadership, Tancock serves on the Finance Committee for the St. Catharines Community Foundation and on the Board of Directors for the Rotary Club of St. Catharines.
Tancock, a frequent speaker, has spoken at the MDRT Annual Meeting three times and the Top of the Table Annual Meeting and MDRT EDGE once.
