Members are responsible for their own housing reservation at The Ritz-Carlton, Naples, in Naples, Florida. Reservations at the hotel will be accepted for the Top of the Table Annual Meeting on a first-come, first-served basis as space is available. Members are encouraged to register early! Availability is not guaranteed. Housing for the Top of the Table Annual Meeting has closed prior to the beginning of the meeting in past years. The reservation deadline is Saturday, September 4, 2010. Reservations prior to September 4th are subject to room block availability and hotel occupancy.

Hotel room rate include complimentary Internet access in all guest rooms booked through the meeting dates Monday October 4 - Saturday October 9. All rates are subject to applicable taxes. Portage and housekeeping gratuities are the responsibility of the individual. Hotel rates quoted are European plan (no meals included).
There will be an additional charge of USD 25 per day for each additional person over age 18 in a guestroom. The maximum number of people per guestroom is four. Maximum of two children under the age of 18 per room are complimentary.
Pre- and Post-Meeting Date Reservations:
The resort has extended the special group rate for three days prior the meeting (Friday, October 1, through Sunday, October 3) and three days after the meeting (Sunday, October 10, through Tuesday, October 12) based on availability. Special note: If you decide to extend your stay, you will need to make your reservation by calling the resort directly at +1 239.598.3300. Extended stays will not be accepted via the internet.All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card. Upon check-out, you will be charged all nights confirmed.
