Accomodations
MDRT has worked to secure hotel rates with several Singapore hotels within walking distance to SUNTEC Singapore International Convention & Exhibition Centre. Each hotel has its own housing reservation form that needs to be filled out and sent back to that specific hotel. All rates below are listed in Singapore Dollars. Approximate exchange rate is 1.4 SG Dollars to 1 US Dollar.

The above room rates are quoted in SGD Dollars based on per room, per night basis, excluding breakfast.
*Hotel room rates are subject to 10% Service Charge and 7% Goods and Services Tax (GST).
Housing Guarantee Required
All official hotels require a credit card valid through February 2011 to guarantee your housing reservations. Acceptable credit cards
are American Express, Visa or MasterCard. Checks will not be accepted for your housing guarantee.
Confirmations
Your housing confirmation(s) will be sent to you by the hotel within 3 working days upon receipt of your Housing registration. Please
review your confirmation to ensure that the information is correct. For any questions regarding reservations or confirmations, please
contact the hotel directly.
Housing Changes/Cancellations
All housing requests will be accepted based on the room allotment assigned for MDRT Experience 2011. It will be on a first come first
served basis and subject to room availability. Therefore, we do encourage you to book early to avoid disappointment.
The hotels have established a cut-off date on 21 January 2011 for guestroom accommodations. After this cut-off date, all rooms not
reserved will be released back to the hotel. Any housing request after 21 January 2011, will be subject to room rate change and hotel
availability.
You are required to download the hotel reservation form and fax or email to the respective hotel for confirmation. A hotel confirmation
letter will be sent back to you within 3 working days of your request submission. Should you need to change or cancelled your requests,
please contact the hotel directly.
Cancellations within the hotel's cancellation policy, or failure to check in to your assigned hotel as scheduled, will be subject to
cancellation charge and tax penalty. Penalties for early departure are enforced and vary by hotel.
