Thursday morning began with a networking breakfast and exhibitor product workshops. Attendees dined with their fellow members and learned about new products and services from exhibiting companies. Main Platform featured Father Gregory Boyle, who works to rehabilitate gang-involved youth. His organization, Homeboy Industries, received a $10,000 grant from the MDRT Foundation. Chip Heath taught attendees the elements of sticky ideas — breakthrough ideas that change the behavior of organizations and individuals. Synergy Sessions gave attendees the opportunity to share ideas in small groups on specific topics, and Focus Sessions offered education on subjects such as prospecting and IRA planning strategies.
