Hurricane Sandy Disaster Relief Grant Opportunity

Last month, Hurricane Sandy left a trail of devastation, damage and grief for people in communities throughout the eastern coast of the United States and the Caribbean. The MDRT Foundation Board of Trustees extends its thoughts and prayers to MDRT members, their clients and all those impacted by this natural disaster.

The MDRT Foundation has designated a total of USD 200,000 in grant funding to support local charities that are assisting families and individuals affected by Hurricane Sandy.

MDRT members can apply for a grant of up to USD 10,000 for a charity providing Hurricane Sandy relief programs. All charities must meet the Foundation's Worldwide Grant guidelines, and the deadline for disaster relief grant applications is January 31, 2013. For more information about this grant application process, please email: grants@mdrt.org.

The MDRT Foundation is proud to offer hope to those who have lost so much as a result of this natural disaster. This grant funding will provide sustainable support to charitable organizations committed to rebuilding communities and helping families and individuals in need.
