Is there a cost for this service? |

No. This is a complimentary service provided to associations, companies and other groups looking for an MDRT quality speaker. You may search the MDRT Speakers Bureau database at no charge. |

How does it work? |

Once you have chosen a speaker, an e-mail request is sent directly to the speaker. He/she will either accept or decline and the answer will be e-mailed to you. Once the speaker has accepted, all details concerning the speech should be made with the speaker directly. |

What do I do if the speaker I choose cannot speak on the dates requested? |

Go back to Find a Speaker and select another speaker. You will not have to fill in the request form again. |

What is the cost for the speaker? |

There is no speaking fee charged by the speakers, however, we do ask that you make an honorarium to the MDRT Foundation in the speakers name. All speaker expenses, including travel and accommodations, are to be covered by the host organization. |

How will MDRT help us promote the speaker? |

MDRT will list the event in the bi-weekly E-newsletter that is sent to all MDRT members. A blast e-mail will be sent to surrounding members approximately two weeks prior to the event. |

What is the procedure to secure a member of MDRT's Executive Committee to speak at my meeting? |
