MDRT was founded by 32 extraordinary life insurance producers, each of whom had placed at least USD 1 million of life insurance protection into their communities. They dreamed of a forum dedicated to fostering a high-standard, professional approach to life insurance sales and service. Founded on the belief that growth is a result of exchanging ideas, the concept was:

Out of this dream emerged MDRT — an international, independent association that represents the world's best financial services professionals.
MDRT Academy
Launched in 2017, the MDRT Academy is a association for financial professionals striving to reach MDRT-level production. Those who join receive exclusive access to MDRT-member insights, gold-standard content and performance-driving features tailored to their specific needs – and it’s all available through an intuitive website and mobile app.
MDRT Global Services
MDRT is now piloting its newest venture: MDRT Global Services. This all-new membership association welcomes field and home office leaders who want to build an MDRT culture of excellence within their organizations. Pilot members will receive a complimentary two-year membership and will have the unique ability to shape MDRT Global Services’ customized offerings.
MDRT Foundation
The MDRT Foundation is the charitable arm of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT). A global 501(c)(3) grant-making organization exclusive to MDRT members, the MDRT Foundation’s mission is to increase member and industry participation and to provide funds to worthwhile charitable organizations throughout the world.
