Registration will be located at the ACC, Hall C. You must provide a valid photo ID matching the name you registered under to pick up your official meeting badge. Registration will open Saturday, June 6, at 11a.m.

Start your week on Sunday, June 7, from 4–5 p.m., at the ACC, Hall D. MDRT President John F. Nichols, MSM, CLU, and motivational speaker Juan Bendaña will provide you insights and advice to maximize your meeting experience.

Following Launch to Excellence, join your peers at the Welcome Reception on Sunday, June 7, at 5 p.m. in the ACC, Arena Plaza, to connect and listen to live entertainment while enjoying complimentary beverages and delicious appetizers.

Simultaneous interpretation is offered throughout the meeting. All attendees will be required to use the platform. You may access the platform with your own personal device via the meeting app or on-site QR code. Please bring your device and headset or earbuds each day to listen to programming during Main Platform, select Focus Sessions and some Special Sessions. The official interpreted languages are Brazilian Portuguese, English, Hungarian, Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, Polish, Spanish and Thai. The SI Help Desk will be in the back of Hall D, in Main Platform, 30 minutes prior and 30 minutes after the presentation. 

Connect to MDRT Wi-Fi at the Anaheim Convention Center, Hilton Anaheim and the Anaheim Marriott. MDRT Wi-Fi will ensure easy access to the interpretation platform and the meeting app.
