The primary venue for the 2026 MDRT Global Conference is the International Convention Centre Sydney (ICC Sydney).
Registration opens Saturday, August 22, at 11 a.m., in ICC Sydney, Hall 1. To pick up your official conference badge, please be prepared to present a valid photo ID that matches the name on your registration.
Connect to MDRT Wi-Fi at ICC Sydney to ensure easy access to the interpretation platform and the conference app. If you have a company VPN on your device, you will not have the ability to access simultaneous interpretation or Wi-Fi.

All attendees of the 2026 MDRT Global Conference will be required to use the simultaneous interpretation (SI) platform via the conference app or an on-site QR code using your personal device. An extra set of earbuds or headphones is recommended; wired is preferred. Be sure to prepare your device before and during the conference to ensure optimal Wi-Fi connection and a smooth SI experience.

Attire for the 2026 MDRT Global Conference is business casual. Please research the weather in Sydney to pack accordingly.
Luggage check services are not available at ICC Sydney. Luggage is not permitted in any session or conference space. Please store all luggage at your hotel.
ICC Sydney offers beverages and snacks for purchase. Bringing outside food and beverages is prohibited.
Located within MDRT Registration in Hall 1 is a concession area offering food and beverages available for purchase. The hours of operation are:

Amy Purdy presents “Living beyond limits” to MDRT members on Sunday, August 23, from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. at ICC Sydney, Halls 5-7. In the same halls, this session will be followed by Main Platform, which welcomes all conference attendees, from 5 to 6:30 p.m.
