Upon arrival, stop by Registration in the Palos Verdes Pre-function area to pick up your official meeting badge. If you requested interpretation, please pick up your radio and earbuds as well. Registration is open starting Tuesday, October 6, from 1–6:30 p.m.

All 2026 Top of the Table Annual Meeting programming will be in English. SI will be offered in Japanese, Mandarin and Korean for Main Platform and select Focus Sessions. If you requested SI in one of these languages, please be sure to pick up your radio and earbuds at Registration when you check in.

We have arranged a wine tasting and goat yoga for Top of the Table Annual Meeting guests. You must sign up for these activities in advance at Registration when you check in and obtain your badge. Please note that space is limited.

Goat Yoga, Thursday, October 8, 1:15–3:15 p.m.

The MDRT Foundation gives to charitable organizations worldwide, demonstrating the generosity, service and impact of MDRT members. Wednesday evening is your opportunity to enjoy the resort, spend time with friends or explore the nearby area. Feel free to contact the hotel concierge at +1 (310) 494-7891 for assistance in making dining reservations within the resort or off-site. Restaurant availability may become limited closer to the event dates, so we encourage you to arrange dinner reservations as well as transportation in advance.

Palos Verdes is serviced by three airports:
John Wayne Airport, Orange County (SNA): Approximately 35 miles/45-60 minutes
Los Angeles International Airport (LAX): Approximately 18 miles/30-40 minutes
Ontario International Airport (ONT): Approximately 60 miles/60-90 minutes

You are strongly encouraged to arrange transportation prior to arrival. Taxi service with South Bay Yellow Cab is the most available; however, you may prearrange an Uber/Lyft ride-share. If you need help making arrangements, please contact the Hotel Concierge at +1 (310) 265-2862.

In addition to the room rate are the following charges:
Housekeeping gratuity of USD 5 per room, per day
A one-time charge of USD 10 per round trip porterage gratuity. 

At check-in, the resort processes a USD 250 per day authorization hold for potential guest room incidental fees.

Attire for the meeting is business casual. Business attire is not required, but feel free to wear what makes you comfortable. The Welcome Event and Sweet and Greet will be outdoors, so we encourage you to check the weather and dress appropriately. We also encourage you to participate in our 50th anniversary dress-up occasion. Please find details below.

On Thursday night, get ready to step back in time to celebrate 50 years in true retro style. Join us for a 1970s shakedown-themed Reception and Dinner Dance. Think rich colors, statement silhouettes, luxe textures, metallics, wide lapels, bell-bottoms, flowing fabrics, platform shoes and disco-era glamour. Don't miss out on this extraordinary event.
