Leadership lessons from unlikely leaders

Upon visiting Uganda and Malawi, Cassar learned amazing lessons in leadership from some of the poorest people on Earth. Understanding that leadership is about mindset change and taking the opportunity to step up when it's offered can move us to do amazing things. Cassar learned to challenge each area in my life as to where she can become a better leader and shares that journey in this session.
