Esther Althaus, FChFP, is a 10-year MDRT member from Melbourne, New South Wales, Australia, with seven Court of the Table and two Top of the Table honors. She founded Perspective Financial Services Pty Ltd. in 2003 when she recognized that helping other people achieve their dreams helped her achieve her own. She has become an award-winning financial advisor who is passionate about working with women who are separated, divorced or widowed who have little knowledge about wealth management. Althaus has presented on various topics, such as her inspirational career journey, financial literacy and empowerment for women, and she currently helps families secure a smooth and healthy transition of wealth to the next generation.
